2026 MACPS Plant Show

Join us for the 2026 MACPS Plant Show on Saturday, October 17th, from 10AM–5PM at the Havre de Grace Community Center! Hosted by the Mid-Atlantic Carnivorous Plant Society (MACPS), this one-day event is designed for carnivorous plant enthusiasts to gather, shop for carnivorous plants and carnivorous plant-themed handmade items, attend lectures and workshops, and participate in a judged plant competition.

Compete in our award show

We welcome all paid members to submit their plants for our Carnivorous Plant Awards! Whether you are a professional grower or a hobbyist, we encourage you to show off your best beauties and beasties and compete for prizes in a variety of categories! Entries are limited to three plants per category per member.

Schedule

Plant check-in:            8:00–10:00

Show viewing:            10:00–3:00

Judging:                      10:45–12:00

Results announced:    12:00–12:15

Plant pick-up:              3:00–5:00

Show plants will removed starting at 3 pm, come early for show viewing!
