We are pleased to announce that the first meeting of the MACPS was a huge success! Over 50 people came out to enjoy talks given by Michael Szesze, Jacob Munoz, and Dr. Hongqi Li. A huge thank you to Michael Szesze and his Carnivorous Plant Nursery, which hosted the event, provided the food, and donated many of the plants for the auction and door prizes. A big thank you as well to California Carnivores and FlytrapStore.com, which also generously donated plants for the door prizes!
