Our 19th meeting brought us back to the Carnivorous Plant Nursery, home of our very first meeting and a longtime favorite of members. We were privileged to hear from Chase Howard, who discovered Drosera brevifolia in Maryland a few years ago. It had never previously been recorded so far north. This meeting was also a whirlwind of workshops on carnivorous plant propagation - members heard about carnivorous plant tissue culture, Nepenthes cuttings, Pinguicula leaf pullings, Sarracenia division, and more, with the opportunity to participate in workshops where they took home their own free propagations. As always, we closed out with an awesome auction with over 100 plants. Thank you to Carnivorous Plant Nursery for the delicious lunch and for hosting, and to everyone who led talks and workshops!
