Welcome to the Mid-Atlantic Carnivorous Plant Society (MACPS)! We're a close-knit community passionate about exploring, learning, and celebrating the fascinating world of carnivorous plants.

As a non-profit, we're dedicated to spreading knowledge and fostering appreciation for these captivating plants. Join us for our four annual meetings held across PA, MD, VA, WV, DE, NJ, NY, and Washington, D.C., where we dive into discussions, go on field trips, and share cultivation tips tailored to our region.

  • Auction selling privileges (but anyone can donate plants to the auction)

  • Auction of special specimen plants (outside the general auction)

  • Subsidies, when applicable (e.g. hotel subsidy on field trips)
